Facility Rentals


IMPORTANT

An insurance certificate listing the Township as an additional insured party is required from ALL companies and non-profit organizations. A signed liability waiver is required with every application.

Resident: $25 use fee AND $25 separate deposit
Non-Resident: $50 use fee AND $50 separate deposit.

ALL FEES MUST BE IN CASH.

 

IMPORTANT:  Applicants granted use of the pavilion must post the completed Hatfield Township “Facility Reservation Permit” prior to time of use as a courtesy to inform others of the reservation.  This facility reservation permit will be provided once your application is approved.



Liability Waiver and Release

 I do hereby agree, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, to forever remise, release and discharge Hatfield Township, its directors, officers, members, agents, commissioners and any other representatives related to any and all Park activities, and their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, accounts, controversies, damages, claims, and demands, whatsoever, which I or my legal representative may have or acquire against Hatfield Township or its directors, officers, members, agents, commissioners and any other representatives related to the Program, by reason of any loss resulting from personal injury or property damage, which may occur during, in connection with, or by reason of my use and attendance on any portion of a Hatfield Park.

 I agree that Hatfield Township shall have the right, at its discretion, to enforce rules of conduct and/or terminate my participation and/or use of the park and its facilities for failure to act in conformance thereof, or for actions or conduct detrimental to or incompatible with the welfare, comfort, harmony or interest of the group or the Park as a whole.

 I hereby grant Hatfield Township and any of the directors, commissioners, officers, members, agents and other representatives’ full authority to take whatever action, in their discretion, its determined to be necessary regarding my health, safety and welfare, and I fully release Hatfield Township and any of the directors, commissioners, officers, members, agents, and other representatives from any liability for such actions, as set forth herein.

Rules and Regulations

 All general park rules apply to any and all facility rentals. Please be sure to familiarize yourself with these rules before your rental. They are available on this form and the Hatfield Township Website: www.hatfield.org

 Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in the loss of your security deposit. Additional fines may be assessed depending on the severity of incidents or damage.

1.  Park/Facility is open dawn to dusk.

2.  Dogs are NOT allowed in School Road Park.

3.  This is a drug and alcohol-free zone. Alcohol is not permitted 
     on township property.

4.  Smoking or use of any tobacco products are not permitted.

5.  No conduct that may annoy or disturb others.

6.  No littering. Please dispose of trash in trash cans.

7.  No motorized vehicles are permitted on paths/trails.

8.  No fireworks, bows and arrows or golfing allowed.

9.  No defacing or destroying park property or harming trees,
     plants or wildlife.

10.  Groups or parties in excess of 50 persons must coordinate
       use in advance with Hatfield Township.



School Road Park
Pavilion Use Agreement

The rules below apply directly to your pavilion rental. Additionally, all general park rules apply to any and all facility rentals. Please be sure to familiarize yourself with these rules before your rental. They are available on this form and the Hatfield Township Website: www.hatfield.org

 Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in the loss of your security deposit. Additional fines may be assessed depending on the severity of incidents or damage.

  1. Alcoholic beverages and smoking are not prohibited on any township property.
  2. All food and drink must be removed after your rental. Do not leave any food or drink in the pavilion or park.
  3. All trash and litter must be discarded properly in a trash receptacle. No litter or trash should be left under the pavilion.
  4. If you utilize the park grills: Hot charcoals must be left to cool. Once completely cooled, charcoals should be disposed in the trash receptacles.
  5. Any music or media should be kept at a reasonable volume and not disturb any park patrons.
  6. Lighting in the pavilion is available until 8pm.
    1. To access the lighting, you will need to turn the timer ON.
    2. If you use the lighting, you are responsible for turning it OFF.
  7. Electrical outlets are available for use throughout the pavilion.
  8. No skateboarding, rollerblading, etc. in the pavilion or on the picnic furniture.
