Building Code Appeals Board Members

The Building Code Appeals Board is a quasi-judicial Board, and hears appeals related to the construction codes of the Township. If someone is planning to build and disagrees with the Townships ruling on an interpretation of a technical provision in one of the national building codes that the Township follows, the Building Code Appeals Board would rule on that interpretation.  This board convenes on an as-needed basis.

Appeals are made via our application form, which can be obtained at the Municipal Building or from our Permits Page.  Applications should be sent to the Don Delamater, Director of Building & Zoning ([email protected]). No contact should be made with the Board members prior to the hearing.
